TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Buying and Payments

Please contact me via my email if you would like to purchase a painting or print. I do not run a business. You will notice that I do not have a basket you can fill with paintings and then pay by card. Payment to be made by PayPal, bank transfer or cheque sent to me.

 

Shipping

Delivery costs to UK mainland are £12. Please contact me for a price for deliveries internationally.

Packing

All artwork is packed using foamcore, bubble wrap and cardboard boxes. 

 

Delivery

I will endeavour to arrange delivery as soon as possible.

 

Returns

If you should decide that you wish to return a purchase for reasons other than transit damage, please notify me with the reason for return within 2 days of receipt of the item.

 

The item must be returned in its original condition within 14 days of delivery in the original or other appropriate packaging, suitably insured and at a cost to you.

Once I have received the returned item, you will be reimbursed the full purchase value less the original shipping costs.

Copyright

Title of artwork ownership will pass to the purchaser upon cleared receipt of payment.

The Copyright of the artwork remains with Anna Dawson.

Artwork and designs must not be copied or reproduced in any way.
